Delete your Aviary Master account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Aviary Master → Profile → Delete account, confirm with your password, and you are done. If you want a copy first, use Download my data in the same place.

Without the app

Email support@theaviarymaster.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything: your profile (name, email, phone), birds, pairs, clutches, genetics results, finance records, listings, photos, chat messages, devices, notification settings and Premium payment history.

When it is deleted

After you ask, the account is closed at once and you have 30 days to change your mind (open the app and tap Keep account). After that everything above is erased permanently. Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase, as it does for every app. If you still have an active Premium subscription, cancel it in Google Play first — Google Play bills it, not us.
